This tool serves Russian marketplace sellers on Wildberries and Ozon. The tax regimes (УСН, НПД, ОСНО) and commission categories are Russia-specific — translating them would defeat the purpose.

If you don't — here's what it does, in plain English.
What it calculates
- Profit per unit. What you actually earn after every fee is paid.
- Margin %. Profit as a share of price, with a traffic-light verdict.
- Breakeven price. The minimum price at which you stop losing money.
- WB ↔ Ozon delta. Which marketplace yields more for your product at the same price.
- Target-margin price. Set a target margin — get the price to charge.
What it accounts for
- Commission by category and by model (FBO / FBS).
- Logistics by weight (WB) and by volumetric weight (Ozon, post 06.04.2026).
- Tax regime: simplified 6% or 15%, self-employed 6%, or general 20%.
- Advertising spend as a share of revenue.
- Return rate — WB charges 50% of direct logistics, Ozon 75% per returned unit.
